  DESKTOP ICONS
  My Computer, Network Neighborhood, or Recycle Bin icons:
  1. Download the icon of your choice and unzip it.
  2. Open  the  START  menu, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL, and then DISPLAY.
  3. Click  on  Plus tab on top, choose which of the them you want 
     to change (My Computer,  Recycle  Bin full, Recycle bin empty, 
     or Network Neighborhood).
  4. Click  on  Browse to find the location of the (.ico) file.
  5. Double click on the icon and then click  OK  on  the
     Display and your icons should change.        
        Shortcuts on Windows icons
  1. Download the icon of your choice and unzip it.
  2. Go to the icon you want to change and  use the RIGHT mouse button 
     to click it.
  3. Click on properties and choose the Shortcut  tab  up top and then
     Change icon.
  4. Click BROWSE to find your new icon is located (where you unzipped 
     it).
  5. Double click on the icon, click OK on the properties and your icon
     should change.

  DESKTOP THEMES
  1. Download the theme of your choice.
  2. Back up these 3 files :
         C:\logo.sys Startup  -> Logo
         C:\Windows\logow.sys -> Shutdown Logo
         C:\Windows\logos.sys -> Shutdown Complete Logo
  3. Unzip  the   theme  in  C:\ProgramFiles\Plus!\Themes directory.
  4. Open  the START menu, SETTINGS, CONTROL  PANEL,  and then
     DESKTOP THEMES,
  5. Choose the theme from the dropdown list.

MOUSE CURSORS
  1. Download the cursor of your choice.
  2. Unzip and save it in C:\Windows\Cursors directory.
  3. Open the  START  menu, SETTINGS, CONTROL PANEL,  and then MOUSE.
  4. Click  on  the  POINTERS tab.  Once  in the POINTERS settings,
     click  on  the  type of cursor you want to change.
  5. Click   BROWSE  to  find  your   new cursor  in  the
     C:\Windows\Cursors directory and then click APPLY.

  SCREEN SAVERS
  1. Download the screen saver of your choice.
  2. Unzip it and double click the icon from the location you saved
     it to.
  3. The Screen Saver will  install itself to  C:\Windows or
     C:\Windows\System directory.
  4. Use the right mouse button to click anypart of  your desktop.
  5. Click on PROPERTIES from the menu.
  6. Click on the  SCREEN  SAVER  tab  from  the  Display Properties.
  7. Choose the screen saver from the dropdown list.

ICQ SKINS
  In order to load ICQ Skins you will need ICQPlus which is available 
  at http://www.icqplus.da.ru/

WALLPAPERS
  1. Download the wallpaper of your choice.
  2. Unzip it and double click the image file (*.jpeg, *.jpg) from 
     the location you saved it to.  	
  3. Use the RIGHT mouse button and click SET AS WALLPAPER
